SOLUTION

I have had a great experience so far working in my field and engaging with the immediate community around my practice. I have been an LPN nurse for many years and have been in a position where I interact with veteran patients as well as racial minorities on a day-to-day basis. Going forward, I believe that to my organization, the benefit that my practice will accrue is that of Enhanced leadership skills.
